Gloucester, Mass. -- The National Marine Fisheries Service today released the names of people who participated in the first round of a disaster relief program intended to assist persons who incurred losses from a commercial fishery failure in the northeast multispecies fishery. A second round of the disaster relief program was announced March 10, 2000.
