This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued; paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This is a commercial solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13, solicitation no. F1VTA18219AC011, and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) on 2 September 2008. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This solicitation is for the following: Citrix Presentation Server Enterprise or equal. The estimated date of delivery will be 5 October 2008 with FOB: Destination for delivery to the Air Force Financial Service Center, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
