The Media Access Group at WGBH consists of the Caption Center,which provides captioning for television, multimedia, and feature films; the Descriptive Video Service, which creates audio descriptions for blind and visually impaired audiences; and the Corporation for
Public Broadcasting/WGBH National Center for Accessible Media, which promotes accessibility for classrooms, the Internet, movie theaters, and more through ongoing research and development, outreach, and public policy initiatives.
