MAAP Services for Autism and Asperger Syndrome (MAAP Services)is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information and advice to families of more advanced individuals with these and other pervasive developmental disorders. MAAP Services provides information and referrals to parents, caregivers, and professionals who are experiencing this spectrum of challenges as well as helping
the individuals themselves. The organization also provides a Web site; printed materials; annual conferences; public presentations; and personal contact via e-mail, phone, and written correspondence. The MAAP Services newsletter is distributed in 56 countries.
