AREAS OF EFFECTED INCLUDE LONG BEACH...LAKEWOOD...AND NORWALK.
MORNING COMMUTERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTION IN
VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO...ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAVELING ALONG THE
405...710...605...AND 91 FREEWAYS.

REMEMBER TO REDUCE SPEED AND INCREASE FOLLOWING DISTANCE FOR
EXTRA MANEUVERABILITY. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND ALLOW EXTRA
TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
