I am thinking aobut a tool that could be part of registration or
possibly the nursing assessment whihch would allow us to identify Level
I or II patients and refer them to one of the literacy programs in the
community.  This is all very much at the idea stage, though...but that's
what I've been comtemplating.  Do let me know your thoughts.  Lynn
