duties
they will carry out; b) describe benchmarks and products they will
achieve
and how they will achieve them; c) create a time line; and d) provide

of benchmarks and products, and will include a resume.

Approximately $70,000 is available in Year I to carry out all duties
described below. The selection committee will entertain proposals
from
consultants who are interested in carrying out all or specific parts
of the
work. Year I runs Oct/Nov 2000 - Oct/Nov 2001 and is contingent on
successful completion of contracts with funders. Carry on funding
is
expected but not guaranteed for Year II.

Applicants are asked to respond by email to Robbin Sorensen, Chair,
