Computer Model Guidance
NCEP Model Analysis & Forecasts
Displays computer models produced by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP)
Canadian Global Model (GEM) from Environment Canada
European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF)
Model Output Statistics (MOS)
The Meteorological Development Laboratory (MDL) hosts a homepage for the MOS products. You can select text or graphical presentations of the MOS products produced from the NGM (FWC MOS), NAM (MET MOS), GFS (MAV MOS), and Extended GFS (MEX MOS) models.
Environmental Modeling Center (EMC)
EMC is part of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP). Here, you can obtain computer model graphics from EMC, as well as experimental model graphics.
Hydrometeorological Prediction Center (HPC)
At the HPC homepage, you can obtain manually generated graphical information for the United States, for the next 7 days. This includes frontal boundaries, forecast precipitation coverage and amounts, and outlooks.
University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR)
At the UCAR homepage, you can obtain computer model information for several different models, and access information on upper air and surface observations, and satellite data.
