This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The required delivery when First Article (FA) requirements are applicable is 100 each 314 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery when First Article requirements are not applicable is 100 each 209 days after contract award. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
