The contractor shall provide hotel accommodations for approximately seventy (70) individuals during the period of 18 May 2009 through 20 May 2009. Accommodations shall include overnight lodging, high speed Internet Accessibility, and a meeting space set-up, audio visual equipment, daily meals (refreshments), a dedicated conference planning manager, available parking, on-site security and courtesy transportation to and from the airport. The facility shall be within ten (10) miles of the Dallas- Fort Worth Airport (DFW) and must offer courtesy transportation to and from the airport. The anticipated date of release of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 03 September 2008.
