Report dolphin incidents

To report an incident of people endangering dolphins in the Shrewsbury River, NJ, click on the link below to get the complaint form. Adobe Acrobat required.

Dolphin Incident Complaint Form

If you can't fill in the form in Adobe Acrobat:

  • Print, fill out manually and FAX to 732 280 6499

If you can fill in the form in Adobe Acrobat but not save it as a pdf:

  • Print and FAX to 732 280 6499

If you can fill in the form and save as a PDF:

  • Email to dolphin.incident@noaa.gov

If your system is set up to email out of Adobe Acrobat:

  • Fill in the form and email using the button at the top of the form

If you only have access to email:

  • Tell us if the incident is occurring now
  • Include basic details of when, where, how, and what happened
  • Include any information describing the actors in the incident
  • Provide your contact information so we can reach you
  • Email to dolphin.incident@noaa.gov

You may also call 800 853 1964. Complaints will be forwarded directly to NOAA Special Agents and addressed in order of the level of jeopardy presented to the dolphins.
