The 21st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order for 30 each Mykotronx KSV-21 cryptographic cards to SafeNet (DBA: Mykotronx), 359 Van Ness Way, Torrance, CA 90501. These cards will be used for secure terminal equipment. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed priced contract. The delivery location is Peterson AFB CO 80914 and the proposed terms are FOB Destination. This notice of intent to award is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotations. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Written responses shall provide evidence the offeror can provide all of the requirements. Responses must be received NLT 22 September2008, 1200 hours MDT.
