1. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001 description has been changed to add equal in quality to the framing description.

1 EA: Official Portrait, of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) oil on canvas, length format, 30 x 40 unframed. Framing shall be hand carved Huyck silver gilt with black panel and gold leave insert or Equal in Quality. Portrait shall be backed by foamcore with mounting hardware. The offeror shall consult with the CJCS as needed, to coordinate and successfully complete the activity. A maximum of four sittings is anticipated for the portrait.

2. Electronic submissions of the bidders portfolio and biographical information is required. The maximum size of an email is 8MB.
