This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial
items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combinded
Synopsis and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This acquisition is a Small Business
Set-aside, Size standards 500 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 335122.
The requested item in service is to FURNISH and INSTALL (Staefa P/N 587-724) Talon Small Building Network Manager (Airfield Lighting System) or equivalent. Equipment will be
delivered to Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, Security, Air Traffic
Control Maintenance, Libby Army Airfield, Fort Huachuca, AZ 85613.Instructions
to Offerors, Commercial applies to this acquisition along with the
following addenda. Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation
factors, Technical aceeptable, Price and Delivery. the contract will be
awarded to the offeror that provides the Best Value to the Government. All
