This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Annual inspection and testing of BPDs for evidence of dripping, leaking, damage and improper installation is required in order to protect drinking water quality and human health on FMMC. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work as specified herein. The work shall include identifying all testable BPDs, inspecting and then testing to ensure proper operation. This requirement is being set aside as a 100% Set-aside Small Business procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is H999 and the NAICS Code is 561990. The solicitation will be available on-line. All offerors must be Central Contracting Registered (CCR) to participate in this requirement.
