Welcome to Peninsula Light Company

A local member owned mutual cooperative electrified in 1925 — providing electric and water services to over 25,000 members. Our service territory includes the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsulas, extending roughly from the Tacoma Narrows (on the south) to the Kitsap County line (to the north), covering 112 square miles in Western Pierce County, Washington. Peninsula Light Company is the second largest cooperative in the state of Washington.

Instead of packing your unbroken, spent compact fluorescent lights to the household hazardous waste facility, take them to the Returns desk at your nearest The Home Depot store.
