WAVERLY LIGHT AND POWER OFFERS REBATES ON NEW APPLIANCESWaverly Light and Power rewards you for purchasing Energy Star appliances with rebates. Using energy efficient ENERGY STAR appliances helps everyone save. These appliances are rated by the government as using less energy that those not rated as Energy Star, By using efficient appliances, you can save money on your electric bills and help defray the cost of installing expensive new electrical generation. Rebates are paid in Waverly Dollars to benefit the Waverly community. The average Waverly home spends about $963 on electric bills every year. Change to appliances that have earned the ENERGY STAR rating, and you can save money while helping the environment. Remember that appliaces have two price tags: what you pay to take it home and what you pay for the energy it uses. ENERGY STAR qualified appliances use 10 - 50% less energy than standard models. The money you save on your utility bills can more than make up for the cost of a more expensive but more efficient ENERGY STAR model. For complete details and rebate information, visit our Rebate section.
