Conference Room Rate:

$95.00 (single/double/triple/quad occupancy)

Reservation Information:

The conference is being held at the Radisson Hotel Orlando (at the entrance of Universal Studios) in sunny Orlando, Florida.

Conference attendees must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-327-2110. Be sure to ask for the Food Safety Education Conference room rate of $95.00. (This rate is available for all conference attendees until the room block is filled, but no later than August 21, 2002.)

Photo, hotel rooms The hotel is also offering the conference rate of $95.00 to all attendees 3 days before and 3 days after the conference on a space available basis.

Hotel cancellations are the responsibility of the attendee. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date in order not to be charged. If canceling, be sure to request a cancellation number.

Hotel Parking:

Hotel self-parking is complimentary.

A reminder: Meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary greatly. Please bring a sweater or light jacket to wear because meeting rooms can be cool.

Airport Information

The Radisson Hotel Orlando is located 10 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

Transportation from the Airport:

Shuttle vans to local hotels and attractions are conveniently located at the airport on Level 1 on both the A and B sides of the terminal. Cost for shuttle service is approximately $16 one way/$27 round trip. Service is provided through Mears (407) 423-5566 and Tran Star at (407) 856-7777. Reservations are not necessary.

Driving Directions from the Airport:

Exit Airport via the north exit and follow signs to 528 West (Beeline Expressway). Take 528 West to Interstate 4 (I-4) East. Exit on #30B (left side of road) from I-4. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Major Boulevard. The hotel is on the left.
