Q : What do I do with the medical report?

After the medical exam is complete, the civil surgeon will certify the results on the appropriate forms, place them in an envelope and seal the envelope. DO NOT OPEN THE SEALED ENVELOPE. Submit the sealed envelope along with the application or petition for the benefit that requires the medical examination form to USCIS.
