Development of an Automatic Diagnostic System for Air Brakes in Trucks—TRB IDEA Program

This project will develop a prototype system to automatically detect leaks in air brakes in trucks. The onboard diagnostic system will estimate the push road stroke, in real time, from measurements of pressure in the brake chambers and supply reservoirs.
