PUBLIC’S HELP SOUGHT IN WEST CHESTER EXPLOSIVE DEVICE RECOVERY

            PHILADELPHIA -- Mark W. Potter, Special Agent in Charge of the Philadelphia Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and Scott Bohn, Chief of Police, West Chester Police Department, are releasing five photographs of an individual that is sought for questioning in relation to the explosive device recovered in West Chester on Monday, Sept. 15.

            This person was observed by video near the Mosteller Garage, 14 E. Chestnut Street, West Chester, Pa., between the hours of 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 15.  It is believed that he was at first dressed in all black and then took off a black outer garment.
