Overview

Welcome to the Financial Management Service (FMS) Rapid Application Development (RAD) Web site. This Web site was created to provide guidance in using the FMS RAD methodology to develop applications, and access to documentation produced during the FMS RAD process. The document examples have been organized by the FMS RAD phase in which they are created. Templates for the documents can be created by utilizing the Create Templates section below.
