Agency Conversion

Each Federal Program Agency will have one primary contact for the TGAnet conversion process. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will initiate first contact, at which point, the primary contact will be requested to help complete the three step process below.

  1. Data Collection: Complete the "Conversion Packet " attachment and email it to agency.support@stls.frb.org. Complete the "Authorization Forms" attachment and mail the signed originals to the appropriate address at the bottom of the form.

  2. Agency Setup: Once the conversion information from step one is received and verified, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will work with your conversion liaison to set up your agency in TGAnet. Click Agency Setup Procedure to learn more.

  3. Conversion: The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will work with your conversion liaison to establish a conversion process and set up Financial Institutions prior to each conversion. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will also provide your conversion liaison with standard communications to help contact, train and convert your agency's depositing locations.
