Overview

Allows grantee organizations receiving federal funds to draw from accounts pre-authorized by federal agencies.

Makes payments to financial agents that are performing financial services for FMS and other federal agencies.

For state capitals in the Eastern time zone, call the Philadelphia Regional Financial Center (215) 516-8021 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For state capitals in the Central time zone, call the Kansas City Regional Financial Center (816) 414-2100 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For state capitals in the Mountain or Pacific time zone (and time zones further west), call the San Francisco Financial Center (510) 594-7182 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
