The Partnership for Clear Health Communication was launched in 2002, and has made significant inroads in advancing awareness of the importance of health literacy. In an effort to continue to enhance our mission, expand our reach, and best leverage resources, PCHC will join forces with the National Patient Safety Foundation to become the Partnership for Clear Health Communication at the National Patient Safety Foundation.
