USDA Whitten BuildingThe Office of Operations provides overall direction, leadership, coordination, and guidance in activities relating to facilities management, engineering and architecture, physical security, information resources, internal energy conservation, recycling, and mail and copier management programs.

Manages a comprehensive occupational safety and health program for Departmental Administration (DA) employees in the National Capital Region (NCR).
     

Environmental Protection Services
Manages environmental health program for Headquarters Complex facilities, including monitoring indoor air quality (IAQ), presence of environmental contaminants (e.g., lead and asbestos), and food service operations.
