The Legal Department’s Utility and Franchise Division helps establish and administer franchise agreements with local utility providers and cable operators. The office recently signed a franchise agreement with the cable company, Comcast CableVision. To review the approved agreement, select the link at left, "Comcast Franchise Agreement."

The Utility and Franchise Office takes complaints from residents concerning the cable company; if you would like to file a complaint please select the complaint form link at left.
