Occupancy of Renovated South Building Space (Phase 3)

Since December 2004, the Office of Operations has moved various organizations including the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) and the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) into completed Phase 3 space. Moves into renovated Phase 3 space were substantially completed in May 2005.

Renovation of a new Mail Operations Center has just been completed. The project included the complete "gutting" of the old Law Library within the building shell, underpinning of the building foundations, and construction of new basement and first floor levels and mail receiving dock.
