Analysis and Resource Management Division
The division provides management studies and analyses; policy development; assistance in strategic planning; budget development; financial services; general administrative services; executive support services to the Office of the Secretary and the sub cabinet; occupational safety programs; environmental compliance and protection; assistive technology and ergonomic solutions for employees with special needs, through the USDA Technology Accessible Resources Gives Employment Today (TARGET) Center; and interpreting services, providing services in sign language in a variety of modes (American Sign Language, PSE, Oral, English), which is available for USDA employees and visitors for official situations requiring communication among employees.

Beltsville Service Center
Provides efficient on-demand cost competitive customer services to all USDA agencies and activities, to non-USDA agencies and activities served by the USDA National Finance Center, and to certain other non-USDA agencies and activities as a service provider for the National Capital Area's Cooperative Administrative Support Program, in the areas of forms and publications acquisition, management, warehousing and world-wide distribution; excess personal property accountability, reuse, sales and disposal; and office and general supply acquisition, warehousing and sales.

Design and Construction Division

This division provides architectural design, engineering, construction and hazardous materials abatement; space planning, design and leasing.

Mail and Reproduction Division
This division has responsibility for the development and coordination of departmental mail policy nationwide as well as providing mail, courier, copier and printing services for the USDA headquarters complex.

Washington Area Service Center
The Washington Area Service Center exists to create, maintain and protect the work environment of USDA employees and visitors in the Washington D.C. headquarters buildings. Business services offered include: alterations to existing workspaces; maintenance and repair of building equipment inventories; office cleaning services; environmental controls for heating, cooling and lighting; interior and exterior landscaping; snow removal; pest control; recycling; and concessions management for eateries. This division also provides medical services for the headquarters facilities.
