Funding and support for this study were provided by the Initiating Governments of WRIA 1 (the Lummi Nation, Nooksack Tribe, City of Bellingham, Public Utility District No. 1 of Whatcom County, and Whatcom County) and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Information in these webpages was compiled and prepared for publication by the USGS in cooperation with the Initiating Governments.
