U.S. Administration Officials Discuss 3rd IPCC Report on Climate Change

WASHINGTON, DC – On Friday, May 4, 2007, Dr. Harlan Watson, head of the U.S. Delegation at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) meeting in Bangkok, Thailand this week, will be joined by Chairman James L. Connaughton of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and Director of the Climate Change Technology Program Stephen Eule, to discuss the U.S. contribution to the IPCC Working Group III Report titled "Mitigation of Climate Change."  This report, the third in a series, assesses the latest scientific, technological, economic and social aspects of mitigation of climate change.
