    3. Press releases announcing the ORRHES meetings and comment periods for the draft PHA on COC (most people get their info from the newspaper, capture a large audience, we need to develop a relationship with the press)
    4. Identify those COC of most concern to the community and possibly hold public availability sessions

    2. White Oak Creek Releases (WOC)
      1. **PHA on WOC mailed to ORRHES for comment 10/16/03
      public comments due 12/01/02
      2. Final PHA on WOC 2/6/04
    3. Mercury (Hg) releases
      1. **Written PHA on Hg presented to ORRHES for public comment 11/17/03 comments due 12/16/03

**Example for uranium:

…Develop fact sheets on uranium and radiation… distribute week of 4/1/03
… Get the word out about the ORRHES meeting…meeting notices/flyers/press releases/ and other notification to groups who may be interested…. Notify of the public comment period… the draft PHA will be available in the office and at the public library for review
… Encourage individuals who have concerns to call the office and speak with Bill Murray about their concerns
