The Scorecard includes valuable tips on how to avoid scams and what steps to take if problems occur. Additionally, the Scorecard provides an in-depth look into 900 number pay-per-call and other types of information services, and a summary of the actions the FCC has taken to protect consumers from slamming and the high rates charged by some operator service providers.
