4. Substance. The Department of Labor is amending existing regulations to update obsolete non-substantive or nomenclature references in the Code of Federal Regulations. This action is intended to improve the accuracy of the agency’s regulations and does not impose any new regulatory or technical requirements.

5. Action. Program administrators are request to share this Information Alert with appropriate staff and other agencies.
