SUBJECT:  Notice – Unemployment Compensation - Eligibility; Final Rule.

1.  Purpose. To transmit a final rule concerning the implementation of the requirements of the Social Security Act and the Federal Unemployment Tax Act which limit a State’s payment of unemployment compensation only to individuals who are able to and available for work.
