SUBJECT:     Request for Comments – Application for Alien Employment Certification

PROGRAM(S):         Labor Certification

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for comments applications for alien labor certification made on ETA Form 750.

2.  References.   Federal Register, Vol. 69, No. 126, July 1, 2004, pp. 39974-39975; Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 [44 U.S.C. Chapter 35]; Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 212(a)(5)(A).
