SUBJECT:     Request for Comments – Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Programs Under Section 167, Workforce Investment Act, ETA Forms 9093, 9094 and 9095; OMB Number 1205-0425

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on a reinstatement of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning migrant and seasonal farmworker programs Under Section 167, Workforce Investment Act, and reported on ETA Forms 9093, 9094 and 9095.
