SUBJECT:  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking – Priority of Service for Covered Persons. RIN 1293-AA15

PROGRAMS: VETS, WIA, Wagner-Peyser

1.  Purpose. To transmit a notice of proposed rulemaking to implement priority of service in qualified job training programs prescribed in section 2(a)(1) of the Jobs for Veterans Act (JVA).
