SUBJECT:  Request for Comments – Petition for Classifying Labor Surplus Areas; OMB No. 1205-0207

1.  Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on an extension of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the proposed extension, without change, of the Petition for Classifying Labor Surplus Areas, OMB 1205-0207.
