1. Purpose. To transmit an amendment to the Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) for High Growth Job Training Initiative (HGJTI) Grants for the Energy Industry and Construction and Skilled Trades in the Energy Industry. This amendment will make changes to the January 23rd document by clarifying and correcting the Solicitation.
