SUBJECT: Solicitation for Grant Applications and Announcement of Competition Waiver – Indian and Native American employment and Training Programs for Program Years 2008 and 2009, SGA/DFA-PY-05-05

1. Purpose. To transmit a Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) to provide employment and training services to Indians and Native Americans for Program Years 2008 and 2009, under section 166 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.
