	EXTENSION OF FISCAL YEAR 2000 REGULATORY FEE FILING WINDOW
	The Fiscal Year 2000 Regulatory Fee Filing Window has been extended by two days from 11:59 p.m. September 20, 2000 to 11:59 p.m. September 22, 2000. All Fiscal Year 2000 Regulatory Fee Payments must be received at Mellon Bank by 11:59PM EST, September 22, 2000, in order to avoid incurring a mandatory 25% late payment penalty. Electronic payments will be automatically date stamped immediately on authorization. To avoid the late payment penalty, you may wish to send your regulatory fee payment by courier to our lockbox bank, and you may do so 24 hours per business day.
