24/7 Confidential Help

Sometimes there are crises in a person’s life that go outside the 9-5 work schedule. A health crisis, a family conflict that escalates, an ongoing alcohol or drug problem in the home, or a depression that refuses to lift are all examples of the types of problems that could require some telephonic counseling until an in-person EAP appointment can be made available. In such cases, or maybe something that we have not mentioned, help is available through your EAP. Confidential help is a phone call away at 1-877-622-4327. Often the first steps to overcome an addiction are made on a weekend after a particularly bad crisis. Perhaps you are stressed due to caring for an aging parent. Realize that your EAP is a valuable resource and do not be afraid to use it. Call 1-877-622-4327 outside of Lab hours or M-F 9-5 call X4567.
