Program Collaboration and Service Integration (PCSI) is a mechanism of organizing and blending interrelated health issues, separate activities, and services in order to maximize public health impact through new and established linkages between programs to facilitate the delivery of services.

PCSI Action Plan for 2008

The 2008 NCHHSTP PCSI Action PlanPDF icon was developed to track activities and monitor progress on PCSI goals and objectives. The plan is divided into seven domains: Program Announcements; Integrated Prevention Policies and Guidelines; Surveillance and Strategic Information; Funding Opportunities; Operational Research and Evaluation; Training and Capacity Building; and Communication/Mobilization.
