Diversity Awareness Lecture 2006 - Aleutian & Pribilof Islands
In September 2006, the AFSC and NOS/ORR’s Pribilof Project Office co-sponsored "Diversity Week: The Aleutian and Pribilof Islands" during September 18-22.
The week included two movies ("Henry Wood Elliott: Defender of the Fur Seal" and "Aleut Story"), followed by question and answer sessions with the writer/director of each. The week was culminated with a presentation by a special guest speaker from the Pribilofs, Aquilina Lestenkof.
