1. Select the Health Risk Data link on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Select an MMSA.
3. Select a Category.


Note: This is optional. If a category is not selected, the page displays all categories.

4. Select a Year.
5. Click the GO button.
6. Select a category link.


Note: Categories with no data available are shown with a double asterisk (**).

7. Select a question link.

How to compare health risk data for an MMSA

1. Complete the steps for viewing health risk data.
2. Select the Compare to another MMSA or year link on the right-hand side of the page.
3. Select another MMSA and click the Go button.

How to list all the MMSAs for a question

1. Complete the steps for viewing health risk data.

2. Select the link of the county for which you want to view data near the top of the page.


Note: All counties related to the MMSA are listed. However, only those counties with available data are linked.

How to compare county-specific data

1. Complete the steps for viewing county-specific data for a question.
2. Select the Compare to another County or year on the right-hand side of the page.
3. Select another county and click the Go button.

Select another year and click the Go button.

2. Select the List all counties within this MMSA for this question link.

How to view state quick-view charts

1. Select the Quick View Charts link on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Select a state and year to compare both a state and an MMSA to the rest of the country.
3. Click the View PDF button.
   
   Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

2. Select an MMSA and a year to compare the MMSA to its state and to compare counties within the MMSA to the rest of the MMSA.
