Treasury Secretary Paul H. O'Neill will hold the United States-Isle of Man tax information exchange agreement signing ceremony at 4:30 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 3, 2002 in the Treasury Department's Diplomatic Reception Room (Room 3311), 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Treasury Secretary O’Neill and the Honorable Allan Bell, Member of the House of Keys, Minister for the Treasury of the Isle of Man, will be signing the tax information exchange agreement.
