Reporting Allegations of Fraud, Waste, or Abuse

We have a special telephone number to report suspected fraudulent activities involving Federal civil service retirement benefits. Individuals and agencies should call (202) 606-0232 to report possible fraud. Fraud tips can also be reported in writing to the following address:
