Mr. Davenport previously served as Deputy Chief and Assistant Chief of
the Investigations and Hearings Division. Prior to that, Mr. Davenport
was Legal Advisor to the Chief of the Enforcement Bureau. Before
joining the Commission in 1999, Mr. Davenport was an associate at the
firm of Preston Gates Ellis & Rouvelas Meeds LLP in Washington, D.C.,
specializing in telecommunications and complex litigation. Mr.
Davenport received a B.A. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from
the University of Pennsylvania.
