Cost: $300 Small and Medium Companies (SME's), $600 Large Companies.  (In accordance with prevailing Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census, and Small Business Administration practice, an SME is defined as a firm with 500 or fewer employees, or that self-certifies as a small business under SBA regulations.)
